Leadership
Pastor Billy and Cheri Maisonneuve
With more than 35 years of dedicated service in ministry, Billy has contributed significantly to the Church in diverse roles. Alongside his wife of 29 years, Cheri, they dedicated a decade to service in Haiti. In 2022, they embraced a new chapter, leading Christian Assembly in Tampa. Their visionary mission aims to ignite community transformation, make a global impact, strengthen families, and foster cultural reconciliation.
Billy graduated from Jimmy Swaggart Bible College in 1988, he received his BA in Psychology in 1993 From York College CUNY, a Masters in Social Science and Leadership Studies from Azusa Pacific University in 2005, and a Specialist in Education from Central Michigan in 2009. He is currently completing his Doctorate in Ministry.
Our Founding Pastors
In 1989, Pastor Cles and Viola Cange established the foundation of CAC. Pastor Emmanuel Revolus became the assistant pastor in 1995. In 2002, Pastor Cles transitioned, and Pastor Revolus assumed the role of Senior Pastor. Over two decades, he skillfully guided CAC to remarkable heights, driven by a profound vision to cultivate a vibrant and thriving spiritual family.
